Eiffage Acquires HSM Offshore

Eiffage, one of Europe’s leading construction and concessions companies, has taken a strategic step to bolster its presence in the offshore energy sector. Through its Belgian subsidiary Smulders, Eiffage has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of HSM Offshore Energy.
